摘要
结合沈阳市在推广地源热泵技术应用过程中的发展经验,分析了推广应用该项技术应该注意的问题,并从科学规划、加强管理、开展科研等几方面实际工作入手,总结沈阳市的经验做法。
Analyzing the experience of developing and utilizing geothermal energy and water source pumps technology in Shenyang, this thesis illustrated the issues that should be attended in spreading this technology and summarized the valuable experience and knowledge that have been learned from strategic planning, management reinforcement, introducing new policy, and starting intensive research.
