血液净化中心护士对静脉插管导管血栓相关知识掌握的调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解血净中心护士对中心静脉插管导管(下称导管)血栓的掌握情况。方法对肾病中心5个病区的护士进行导管血栓掌握程度的问卷调查。结果不同病区的护士对导管血栓的认知存在差异;导管血栓分类及导管血栓形成因素的掌握程度与护士所在病区有关,与护士学历、工作年限、职称无关;导管尿激酶溶栓适应征的掌握程度与护士所在病区、学历、工作年限、职称有关。结论应采取加强护理继续教育、专科教学联合培训、规范操作技术流程等措施,提高护理队伍专业理论及技术水平。 Objective to understand the knowledge mastering situation of hemodialysis central venous catheter associated thrombosis in nurses. Methods Questionnaire was conducted in nurses in the 5 distribution in our nephrology institute. Results The knowledge mastering situation of hemodialysis central venous catheter associated thrombosis in nurses in different distribution of our institute was different. ( 1 ) The knowledge mastering situation of classification and factors of formation of thrombus was associated with the different distribution of the nurses( P 〈 0.05 ), but not associated with the education degree, length of service, and their title. (2)The knowledge mastering situation of indication of thrombolysis of catheter thrombus by urokinase was associated with the distribution, education degree, length of service, and title of the nurses ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The konwledge mastering situation of hemodialysis central venous catheter associated thrombosis in nurses was different. Improvement of the continuing education, united special training, and normalization of the operation process would improve the specialty and operation level of the nurses.
