布里亚特蒙古族成人身体围度特征分析

Analysis of Body Circumference Characteristics of Buryat Mongolian Adults in Inner Mongolia

为了探讨布里亚特蒙古族成人身体围度特征,对310名(男152,女158)布里亚特蒙古族成人的9项身体围度进行测量,计算了6项围度指数值,比较了性别间的差异性,分析了围度值随年龄变化的规律,并将布里亚特蒙古族与我国其他14个人群的围度值进行了u检验.结果表明:男性围度的总体均数中,臀围明显低于女性,腹围和大腿围略低于女性,其余均高于女性;随着年龄增长,女性围度变化幅度大于男性,且女性多数围度值在50岁以后明显下降;男性上、下肢近端部与远端部围度发育较匀称,而女性较粗壮;布里亚特蒙古族成人的多数围度值都大于其他人群,是蒙古族中身材较为粗壮魁梧的人群.

To study the characteristics of body circumference of Buryat Mongolian adults, nine items are measured and from them six indexes are calculated for 310 Buryat Mongolian adults（152 males and 158 females）. The difference of body circumference between the male and female is compared and the changes of body circumference with age are analyzed. Meanwhile, the difference analysis of body circumference between Buryat and other 14 nationalities in China is done by u test. The results are as follows： The hip circumference of Buryat men is obviously smaller than those of women; the abdominal circumference and the thigh circumference of men are slightly smaller than those of women; but all the other items are larger in men. The change range with age growing for women is much greater than that for men and the most of circumference items drop evidently after they are 50 years old. The circumferences of the upper and lower limbs either in the far or near end in Buryat men are well proportionally developed but women are wider. Totally,most of the circumferences of Buryat Mongolian are larger than other nationalities. So it is one sturdy group of Mongolian.
