摘要
研究了内蒙古荒漠草原土壤微生物生物量的季节变化特征.结果表明,土壤微生物生物量碳的峰值出现在夏季,轻度退化样地的土壤微生物生物量碳在各个季节均高于重度退化样地,表明草地退化导致土壤微生物生物量明显下降.
Seasonal dynamic changes of soil microbial biomass in desert steppe of Inner Mongolia are studied. Results show that maximum of soil microbial biomass carbon of the two sample plots is appeared in summer and the soil microbial biomass carbon in sample plot from lightly degraded grassland is higher than that from the heavily degraded grassland. The research also demonstrate that the grassland degradation resulted in dominant decrease of soil microbial biomass.
