应用CVM方法评估工业遗产的非使用价值——以北京焦化厂遗址为例

Evaluation of the Nonuse Values of Industrial Heritage Based on CVM——A Case Study of Beijing Coking and Chemical Works Site

工业遗产作为一种文化资源,同时具有使用价值和非使用价值.以北京焦化厂遗址为例,运用环境价值评估中广泛应用的条件评估法(CVM)评估其非使用价值,得出货币化结果,为每年3.33亿元.该结果在某种意义上可以明确保存的工业遗产的价值构成,避免片面注重使用价值,同时还可以为工业遗产管理。

As one type of cultural resources, industrial heritage possesses use values and nonuse values. Beijing Coking and Chemical Works site as study object, its monetary nonuse values are valuated through contingent valuation method （CVM）,that is 333 millions RMB per year. The conclusion avoids one -sided of emphasizing the use value of industrial heritage, so can provide some references for the conservation and sustainable operating management.
