摘要
从压实原理的角度出发,介绍了各种压实方法。通过对振荡压实特点的分析,解析了振荡压路机与压实材料相互作用的动力学模型。利用振荡压路机与热沥青混合料相互作用过程的现场试验,对振动压实和振荡压实的效果进行了对比。实际应用表明:振荡压实能充分保证沥青混合料的压实度,有效地提高桥面的平整度,而且振荡压实是大型桥梁桥面铺装层压实的最佳选择。
The types of compaction methods are introduced from compaction principle. A kind of dynamic model of interaction between an oscillating roller and materials is analyzed via analysis of oscillation compaction characteristics. With field test of interaction between an oscillating roller and hot asphalt mix- tures, effects of vibrating compaction and oscillation compaction are compared. Practical applications show that oscillation compaction can fully guarantee the degree of compaction of asphalt mixture, as well as the effective enhancement of deck flatness, and the oscillation compaction is the best choice for the large-scale deck compaction.
