摘要
露天开采程序的基本要求是在满足生产能力要求条件下,既能安全持续生产,又能花费少的投资和生产费用获得最大的经济效益。在考虑这些因素的基础上,使用"拉开档次法"构建评价模型对矿山开采程序进行评价,使其更加科学。文章阐述了使用"拉开档次法"评价模型确定矿山开采程序的方法和步骤,最后结合某金属矿山进行了实例分析。
Open-air mining process is a basic requirement for the production capacity to meet the requirements, to consider both produce security and less investment and production costs to maximize the economic benefits. Based on the above factors, in this paper scatter degree is used to construct an evaluation model. And then this model is used to eval- uate reasonable mine procedure, so as to make the determination of mine procedure more rational. The method and processes of using scatter degree evaluation model to determine mining procedure is discussed, an example analysis of a metal mine is presented finally.
