小梁切除联合羊膜植入治疗闭角型青光眼的疗效观察

Clinical effects of trabeculectomy and implantation of amnion on closed-angle glaucoma

目的探讨小梁切除术联合羊膜植入治疗闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法对48例（55眼）闭角型青光眼患者行小梁切除术，术中巩膜瓣下植入保存羊膜，术后观察患者视力、眼压、前房及滤过泡情况，术后随访6～18个月。结果眼压由术前的（32．43±5．76）mmHg降至术后的（16．63±4．07）mmHg（P〈0．01），功能性滤过泡形成率为89％，无排斥反应和严重并发症。结论小梁切除联合羊膜植入可减少滤过口瘢痕的形成，提高手术成功率。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of trabeculectomy and implantation of amnion on closed-angle glaucoma. Methods 48 cases（55 eyes） were treated with trabeculectomy. Implant the amnion in scleral valva intraoperative, the sight, intraocular, procurvation and filtering bubble postoperative between 6 to 18 months were observed. Results The preoperative intraocular was （ 32.43 ± 5.76） mm Hg and the postoperative intraocular was （ 16.63 ± 4.07） mm Hg. there were significant differences between the two intraoculars. The rate of functional filtering bubble formation was 89% with no rejection.and no serious complication. Conclusion Trabeculectomy and implantation of amnion could reduce the formation of filtering bubble cicatrices. It also could improve the operations success rate.
