宫颈癌患者卵巢移位术对卵巢功能的影响

Clinical observation in 6 patients with cervical cancer after ovarian transposition surgery

目的探讨早期宫颈癌患者卵巢移位术对卵巢功能的影响。方法年轻宫颈癌患者行根治术的同时进行卵巢移位，于术前、术后1个月、6个月分别抽血查卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成激素（LH）、雌二醇（E2），B超监测卵巢体积了解卵巢功能情况。结果4例患者术后1个月、1例患者术后6个月卵巢功能正常，1例术前放疗患者术后6个月恢复卵巢功能。结论宫颈癌患者卵巢移位后仍能保持良好的卵巢功能。

Objective To explore the impact of ovarian function in young patients of early cervical cancer after ovarian shift surgery. Methods 6 young patients with cervical cancer were given radical surgery for ovarian transposition at the same time, before and 1 and 6 months after operation, blood FSH, LH, EEWerc measured. B-ultrasound was used to monitor ovarian ovarian function. Results 4 patients after 1 month postoperative, 1 case after postoperative 6 months with normal ovarian fimction, 1 case of pre-operative radiotherapy after 6 months the resumption the ovarian function restoration. Conclusion Young cervical cancer patients with ovarian transposition can maintain good ovarian function.
