聚醋丙废料的醇解及其产物在织物硬挺整理中的应用

The Alcoholysis of Wast Acetate-Acrylic Ester Coplymerisate and the Use of its Derivatative in Fabric Stinffening

利用乳胶漆生产过程中产生的凝物、浆膜等废料，经醇解反应制取符合织物硬挺整理用的水解产物。结果表明，经醇解后的产物，从聚合度、白度及整理后织物硬挺度和物理机械性能来看，可以取代织物硬挺整理用的正规ＰＶＡ，从而达到降低成本和废物利用的目的。

hrough the alcoholysis of the gelatin and film produced in process of latex paint the authors obtained a derivative which is suitable for fabric stiffening.From the results of the derivative′s degree of polymerization, the fabric whiteness and mechanical characters tested from stiffening, the derivatative can replace the PVA used in fabric stiffening. By doing this, we can not only reduce the stiffening cost but also make use of waste.
