摘要
探讨了甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯(HEMA)与丝素接技对丝素水溶液稳定性的影响,并对接技丝素水溶液在涤纶织物后整理中的应用作了初步试验。结果表明,以H2O2-NaHSO3氧化还原体系引发HEMA与丝素接技,HEMA接枝键的引入减慢了丝素分子β化和结晶化速率,提高了丝素水溶液的稳定性。用接技丝素水溶液涂覆涤纶,可提高涤纶织物的亲水性和抗静电性,从而改善涤纶织物的穿着舒适性。涂覆丝素股经过不溶化和交联处理,可使整理效呆具有一定的耐洗性。
Researches the stability of the HEMA-grafted fibroin aqueous solution, and also, the HEMA-grafted fibroin coated onto polyester filament. Concludes that the grafting of HEMA onto fibroin could reduce the rate of the con formational transition of fibroin molecules from radom coil conformation to β-sheet, and the rate of crystallization of fibroin in aqueous solution. Presents that the fibroinmembrane formed under suitable conditions has a good fastness to washing.
