上海国际体育大赛与城市文化发展互动关系研究

Research on Mutual Relation between Shanghai International Sports Competition and Urban Cultural Development

探析上海城市文化对上海承办国际体育大赛的影响、上海国际体育大赛对城市文化发展的推动作用以及两者互动过程中存在的问题,如有影响力的国际体育大赛数量不多、体育场(馆)建设缺乏合理规划和布局、专业化赛事运营管理团队较为缺乏、相关管理法规和制度不健全等。在此基础上,从制定上海的国际体育大赛发展战略、探索新的办赛形式、引进和开发符合上海城市文化发展要求的国际体育大赛、规划建设一流的现代化体育场(馆)、培育国际性的专业体育赛事运作公司、建立与完善国际体育赛事市场的相关政策法规等方面提出了进一步推动国际体育大赛与上海城市文化建设互动发展的对策及建议。

On the basis of expert interview, questionnaire and literature review, this paper analyzes the impact of Shanghai city culture on the ability of holding the international sports games in Shanghai, promotion on development of city culture, and the problems of few international games being held, sports stadium lacking of reasonable planning and managing, running short of a professional management team, and of no good related laws and systems, which exists in the process of mutual development between international sports games and city culture. The suggestions and solutions of further mutual development between international sports games and city culture of Shanghai have been put forward in the terms of developing program of shanghai international sports games, researching for new forms of holding games, introducing and developing international games which meet the requirement of development of Shanghai city culture, intending to build superb modern sports stadium, establishing professional company of running international games and building and improving the related laws of managing the markets of international sports games.
