中国武术发展指标体系构建及评估研究

Establishment and Evaluation of Indicator System of Chinese Wushu Development

目的:通过构建中国武术发展指标体系,为相关部门和武术工作者提供操作性较强的理论依据;方法:采用文献资料调研、专家调查、统计分析等方法;结果:两轮问卷调查专家积极系数分别为100%和84.8%,专家权威程度均大于0.6,其中权威程度在0.7以上的占50%。58个指标重要性均值均大于3.5,变异系数均低于0.30,专家意见协调性好,预测结果可取;结论:北京奥运会后,中国武术发展指标体系由4个一级指标、10个二级指标和58个三级指标组成。其中一级指标涵盖:武术产业、武术科技与信息、武术教育以及武术国际化4个方面。通过建立综合评估公式,得到武术发展综合评价数值,从而达到武术纵向和横向比较的目的。

Objective： Through establishing and evaluating the indicator system of Chinese Wushu development, this paper tries to provide theoretical guidance for development and operational basis for the relevant departments. Method： By using the method of literature review, expert investigation and statistical analysis. Result： The authority participate modules is 100% and 84.8% in the first and the second Delphi consultation table, The authority modules is greater than 0.6, in which 50% is up to 0.7. For the 58 items, the averages of Severity Code is greater than 3.5 and the variation coefficients is below 0.30 , which indicates that the concordant of the experts＇ opinions are perfect and the forecast result is desirable. Conclusion： 4 one grade indicators, 10 two grade indicators and 58 three grade indicators are proposed for the indicator system of the Chinese Wushu modernization and sustainable development. And the one grade indicators include modernization of Wushu industry, modernization of Wushu technology ＆ information, modernization of Wushu education and internationalization of Wushu. It can get the value of the comprehensive evaluation for Wushu modernization and sustainable development by creating the comprehensive evaluation formula, which will lead to the vertical and horizontal heterogeneity for Wushu.
