摘要
针对肃北某难选铜矿中铜矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均,氧化程度较高的特性,采用高效捕收剂A2+丁基黄药等进行了详细的浮选试验研究,获得铜精矿品位20.98%、回收率85.09%的技术指标。
Directed at the property and characteristics in Subei copper ore that is uneven dissemination size and higher degree of the oxidation, lime was used with (NH4)2SO4 compositivcly, A2, a new high selective and effective collector, was used with BX compositively, carried on the experiment and research detailedly. The result of tests show that the grade of copper concentrate and the copper recovery are 20.98% and 85.09% by adopting a circuit of one rough floatation, one scavenger and two concentrating.
