摘要
企业员工持股计划实际上就是指本企业员工通过贷款、现金支付等方式拥有本企业股票,并委托给一法人机构托管运作,而且该机构代表员工进入公司董事会,并按所持股份分享公司利润,参与企业的具体管理的过程。企业员工持股计划被实践证明是一种有效的激励手段,但是目前我国企业员工持股计划存在诸多问题,本文主要是对我国企业员工持股计划实施现状进行了分析,提出了企业员工持股计划实施的对策,希望对积极推动企业员工持股计划的实施有所帮助。
Employee stock ownership plan requires that Employees hold the company' s stock by loan or paying cash, and delegate a corporation as representative, and the corporation send a member in the board of directors on behalf of the employees, the corporation will take part in the company' management according to it' s shares. Employee stock ownership plan is proved an effective means of motivation, but there are many problems in it' implementation. So the article analysis the problems, and give out the . Those countermeasures will helpful to the implementation of employee stock ownership plan.
