On the Abolition of the Personal Account in the Social Security Mode

构筑社会保障体系建立个人帐户虽有一定积累作用,但弊端多多,管理混乱,亟待改革完善,本文结合操作实际,简论取消的益处。

This paper briefly. analyses accumulative role of the personal account in the establishment of the social security system , and points out it brings too many disadvantages and chaotic management so it calls for immediate reform and improvement and ends up in its abolition.
