摘要
作为一种理想的教师文化,自然合作文化所营造的自然、开放、动态的环境能够使教师对职业产生归属感、依恋感和信赖感,从而激发教师专业发展的动力。本文试从教师专业发展的视角,探讨课程综合化理念下教师合作文化的构建。
As an ideal teacher culture, cooperative culture makes a natural, open, dynamic environment which gives teachers senses of belonging, attachment and trust so as to arouse motivation of teachers' professional development.
