摘要
预制装配式混凝土施工技术(PC/PCF)是一种新型的剪力墙住宅建设方式,它是将传统施工技术的外立面装饰工程及部分非承重构件在制造厂制作后运到现场,作为外墙剪力墙的外模板进行施工。为促进我国住宅产业化的发展,提高住宅建筑的建造质量和速度,万科房地产开发公司在上海进行了两期PC/PCF的住宅建设。
PCF （Prefabricated concrete form） is a new construct technology in residential building. Produced in the plants, the outer decorated panels and some non - bearing members were transported to the site, and then erected the building with the outer decorated panels as forms. To promote housing industrialization in China, Vanke Real Estate Company had building two stages residential building in Shanghai.
