奶山羊乳房炎乳腺上皮细胞膜流动性的变化

摘要 为探讨奶山羊乳房炎乳腺上皮细胞膜流动性的变化,实验测定了奶山羊丙二醛含量和乳腺上皮细胞膜微黏度(η)值。结果表明,乳房炎奶山羊MDA含量和乳腺上皮细胞膜微黏度(η)值显著高于其他各组(P<0.01);疫苗组显著低于乳房炎组(P<0.01);中药组显著或极显著低于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01);联合组显著或极显著低于疫苗组(P<0.05、P<0.01);联合组与中药组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明乳房炎奶山羊脂质过氧化物含量升高,乳腺上皮细胞膜流动性降低,影响膜的正常功能;乳房炎疫苗免疫和中药可阻止自由基对乳腺上皮细胞膜的氧化损伤。 To study the change of fluidity of mammary epithelial cells envelope of dairy goats, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and micro-consistency (η) of mammary epithelial cells envelope of dairy goats were detected. The results showed that the content of MDA and η of mammary epithelial cells envelope in dairy goats with mastitis was significantly higher than other groups (P〈0.01), vaccine group was significantly lower than mastitis group(P〈0.01 ), traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than control group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ), combination group was significantly lower than vaccine group(P〈0.01), and combination group was not significantly different with traditional Chinese medicine group (P〉0.05). The increasing of content of MDA and disordering of fluidity of mammary epithelial cell membrane indicated that the normal function of cellular membrane was affected in dairy goats with mastitis. Mastitis vaccine and traditional Chinese medicine could prevent free radicals to damage mammary epithelial cells membrane.
