摘要
油菜籽饼中单宁的提取、纯化工艺参数的研究表明:油菜籽单宁最佳提取条件为70%的丙酮水溶液,温度30℃,粒度为0.3mm以下。单宁回收率为83%,此条件下饼粕中硫代葡萄糖苷只残留6.47μmol/g。
The extraction, purification conditions of tannin in rapeseed cake were investigated in this paper. The results of extraction and purification conditions showed: (A) Optimum extraction condition: Defatted rapeseed meal (below 0.3 mm mesh) were extracted with 70%acetone water solution, in 30 ℃. (B) Glucosinolate remained 6.467 μmolg in extracted RSM, phytic acid less losed during the process. (C) One kind of absorbent was more efficient in purification, the tanninassociated protein can be removed by phenol.
