摘要
双条杉天牛(Semanotus bifasciatus)是柏类树木的重要害虫之一,声音探测是对其幼虫活动进行监测的一种可行手段。使用昆虫声音探测仪AED-2000,对不同温度条件下(16℃、20℃、24℃、28℃、32℃)受害木内双条杉天牛幼虫的活动进行监测,并检验天牛幼虫在木段内部的位置分布、被测木段长度和直径对声音探测效果的影响。结果表明,室内对双条杉天牛幼虫活动进行声音探测的适宜温度区域为20℃至28℃,20℃左右效果最佳,因为在这个温度范围内天牛幼虫活动较为频繁,在20℃时达到峰值,为野外侦听提供了参考依据:幼虫分布位置和被测木段长度对探测效果有显著影响,而木段直径对探测效果并无显著影响。
Semanotus bifasciatus is one of the most serious pests of Platycladus trees. Acoustic detection is very effective for monitoring the larva activity of long-horded beetles in the log. Using the insect acoustic detector AED-2000, we monitored the larva activity of Semanotus bifasciatus at different temperatures. In order to test whether or not the environmental factors affect the acoustic detecting result, we investigated the distribution of larvae in log, the length and the diameter of log. The results showed that the larvae were more active at the temperature ranging from 20-28℃, and the activity reached the peak value at 20℃. The distribution of larvae in log and the length of log had significant effect on the measuring results, but not for the diameter of log. These results provided very good imformation for field monitoring.
