基于VME总线的高精度温度测量系统的研究与设计

摘要 探讨基于VME总线的高精度温度测量方法和实现了高精度温度测量系统的设计方案,对温度测量过程中存在的各种误差源进行分析,提出并实现了针对这些误差源的解决方案。系统采用H ighland公司的AD数据采集片,实现了上位机SUN工作站和下位机MV5100协同工作的高精度温度测量系统,并对温度测量系统进行了比对测试,经过测试可以得出系统的测温精度满足设计目标,测温精度在±0.005℃内。 The high-accuracy temperature measurement method and the design schema based on VME bus are studied in this paper. The error source in measuring process is analyzed and the solutions are put forward. This system uses AD data collection chip of Highland corporation to build up the high-accuracy temperature measurement system which causes the upper SUN station and the lower MV5100 to work together. At last, tests prove that this system can achieve the design object and the accuracy of temperature measuring is within ± 0.005℃.
