基于IGCT的6kV双三电平逆变器的改进型PWM调制及其仿真

Simulation of 6kV Double Three-level Inverters Based on IGCTs with an Improved PWM Method

针对基于IGCT器件的6kV双三电平逆变器拓扑结构,设计了改进型PWM调制策略,并对其进行了M atlab仿真,得到了较好的输出电压波形。这种双三电平结构以特有的优势适合在高压大功率场合应用。

In this paper, an improved PWM method of 6kV double three-level inverter based on IGCTs was presented. The simulation result showed that the output voltage wave was much better than that of three-level topology. It had been proved that this kind of double three-level topology was fit for high voltage high power application.
