秸秆液化物环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备与表征 被引量:5

摘要 以苯酚液化秸秆为原料,与环氧氯丙烷反应,制得一种以秸秆液化物为基材的新型环氧树脂。考察了液比(苯酚与秸秆的质量比)、反应温度和反应时间对液化反应的影响,结果表明,液比为4,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为1h时,残渣率为1.97%。通过正交试验确定了合成环氧树脂的最佳工艺:秸秆液化物质量与环氧氯丙烷体积比为4∶20,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为3h,催化剂用量为5.0%,胶粘剂剪切强度可达到3.18MPa。通过红外光谱和凝胶渗透色谱测定了环氧树脂的结构和相对分子量分布;用热重分析法测定了环氧树脂胶粘剂的热稳定性,其稳定性较好。 Corn straw was liquefied in phenol and the reactant was co-condensed with epichlorohydrin to obtain a novel liquefied corn-straw-based epoxy resin. The effects of phenol-to-corn straw ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on liquefaction reaction were investigated. The results indicate that the phenol-to-corn straw ratio is 4, the reaction temperature is 150 ℃, the reaction time is 1 h, the residue content is 1.53%. The conditions of epoxy resin prepared have been determined by orthogonal test. The reactant-to-epichlorohydrine( m/V) ratio is 4 : 20, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, the reaction time is 3 h, the catalyst amount used is 5.0 %, the shearing strength of adhesive is 3.18 MPa. The epoxy resin was synthesized by reactant of corn straw liquefied in m-methyl phenol and resorcinol for raw material. The structure and molecular weight distribution of epoxy resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared speetroscopic(FT-IR) and gel permeation in chromatography(GPC). Thermal stability of adhesive was good by thermogravimetry analysis (TG).
