丙泊酚闭环输注系统的研究与进展 被引量:3

摘要 闭环输注系统(closed—loop anaesthesia system,CLAN)是近15年麻醉静脉药物输注系统中提出的新概念,它是传统靶控输注(target—controlled infusion,TCI)的延伸和发展,已成为新的研究热点。CLAN是一种自动控制技术,由传感器、监护仪、控制计算机模块、输出执行仪组成,具有反馈信号控制性能,这是与开放回路式系统的根本区别。CLAN试图通过输注泵用药,药效经过各种信息整合反馈,再调控用药量,达到理想的用药目的,尽可能减少用药误差。由于优势明显,对该输注系统的研究逐渐增多。
