超声引导神经刺激器辅助腰丛—坐骨神经阻滞的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 近年来，随着神经刺激器的应用、药物的改善，使得外周神经阻滞在下肢手术中的应用越来越广泛，其中腰神经丛一坐骨神经联合阻滞备受关注。传统的腰神经丛及坐骨神经阻滞由于是盲探操作，依赖操作者的经验和患者的主诉，故临床上常有阻滞不全或麻醉失败。本次研究采用超声引导Neuro Trace Ⅱ神经刺激器辅助行腰神经丛及坐骨神经阻滞60例。报道如下。
