Study on the Austempering of the Cross Head Punch of Steel 9SiCr

用9SiCr钢制造的螺栓十字槽冷冲摸,经等温淬火,获得有40%的下贝氏体和马氏体混合组织时,可显著地提高模具的强韧性和冲击磨损抗力,可使模具的使用寿命提高三倍以上。

Austempering of the cross head punch made of 9SiC rsteel hasbeen studied.The results indicate that toughness-strength and wear resi-stance will be increased as the microstructure contains 40% lower-bainiteand martensite.The service life of the new punch is about 4 times as thatof old one.
