摘要
该文以采用职工持股的改制国有企业为例,从理论上分析了持股职工参与管理的途径、参与管理内容、参与管理的利益基础的变化,并实证检验认为:持股职工参与管理的意愿提高;持股职工参与管理权力得到加强,揭示了股权激励对职工参与管理的影响。
Focused on the reformed state-owned enterprises which adopt employee sharing ownership,this article analyses the way、the content and the interest motivation of the employee shareholder participation in management.Then,the paper empirically studies the willing and the power of the employee shareholder participation in management.This will help better understanding the employee shareholders' participation in management.
