以落实物流产业振兴规划为契机 促进商贸物流体系健康发展

Take the Opportunity of the Rejuvenation Program of the Logistics Industry to Promote the Health Development of Logistics System for Business and Commerce

振兴物流业是应对金融危机的必要举措,是实现行业长远发展的内在要求,是各产业协调发展的必然选择,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保障。目前,我国商贸物流业的地位稳步提升,发展速度日益加快,对外开放程度逐步加大,现代化程度显著提高,但也存在着资源配置不合理、成本高、专业化程度低等问题。落实《物流业调整与振兴规划》必须统一指导,加大基础设施投入,发展农村物流,培育大型物流企业,并加强物流业的信息化建设。

The author puts forward that the rejuvenation of the logistics industry is the necessary means for us to cope with the financial crisis; is the logical choice to realize the long-term and balanced development of this industry; is also very important for guaranteeing building a harmonious socialist society. At present, with the position of China＇s logistics industry improving steadily, the level of modernization being improved, there are some problems emerging, such as the irrational resources distribution, the high level of cost and the low level of specialization. To implement the restructuring and rejuvenation program of the logistics industry, we should invest more into infrastructure, develop the rural logistics, cultivate more large logistics enterprises, and strengthen informationization for the logistics industry.
