Objective To compare the clinical apply of antiseptic impregnated central venous catheter and normal impregnated central venous catheter. Methods We random selected 90 tumor patients and divided them into two groups on odd-numbered days and even-numbered days(of the month):45 patients used antiseptic impregnated central venous catheter, and 45 patients used normal impregnated central venous catheter, the clinical effect in these two groups were observed. Results The difference in the success of the first time to place catheter, complications and average days of placed catheter in these two groups bears significance in satics(P〈0.05).And work time, seep blood volume were no significant difference(P〉0.05). Conclusion Antiseptic impregnated central venous catheter can be used in normal chemotherapy and long-time complement liquid for terminal tumor patients, and normal impregnated central venous catheter can be used in short-time chemotherapy and complement liquid.
