摘要
目的探讨B超在困难清宫术中监测的应用价值。方法对56例常规清宫手术失败后在B超监测下继续进行清宫术作回顾性分析。结果清宫术一次清除干净,时间明显缩短,未发生并发症。结论B超监测清宫术提高了手术的准确性和安全性,减少了患者的痛苦,可作为常规清宫术失败时的一种辅助补救方法,在基础医院即可开展应用。
Objective To detemine the clinical value of uterine cavitory operation with ultrasound monitoring.Methods 56 cases convention uterine cavitory operation defeat continues under the ultrasound monitor to carry on the uterine cavitory operation.Results The successful rote 100% without uteral injury and complications. Conclusion Ultrasound monitored in the uterine cavitory operation to enhance surgery＇s accuracy and the security, reduced patient＇s pain, might take time the conventional uterine cavitory operation defeat＇s one auxiliary recovery method, then carried out the application in the foundation hospital.
