96例骨髓增生异常综合征临床分析

目的探讨骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS)WHO分型、临床特征及预后。方法依WHO新分型方案对96例MDS进行诊断分型,分析临床表现,实验室检查及转归。结果中位年龄49岁,RAEB-Ⅱ最多(35.42%)。转白率11.46%,中位转白时间11.5月。早期死亡率8.33%。RAEB-Ⅰ和RAEB-Ⅱ转白率和早期死亡率无差别。结论该组MDS临床特点与国内外文献有部分差异。

Objective To investigate the WHO classification, clinical features and prognosis.Methods The clinical manifestations,hemogram,bone marrow biopsy and prognosis of MDS were analyzed according to the WHO classification.Results RAEB- II was the most substype.The ratio of AML development was 11.46%,early mortality was 8.33%.There＇re no differences at the ratio of AML development between RAEB- I and RAEB-II. Conclusion There are some differences in characteristic compared with other reports.
