老年人院内下呼吸道感染临床分析

目的了解老年人院内下呼吸道感染情况,以利于采取预防措施。方法分析82例老年患者院内下呼吸道感染病例。结果老年人院内下呼吸道感染发生率高,以革兰氏阴性杆菌为主要致病菌。结论免疫功能低下和使用广谱抗生素是院内感染的主要原因。

Objective To investigate the old suffered with low respiratory tract infection for favourable prevention. Methods To analyze the 82 cases of the old complicated by Hospital Acquired low respiratory tract infection. Results The prevalence of Hospital Acquired low respiratory tract infection in the aged people was very high, gram-negative bacterium was the main pathogenic bacteria. Conclusion Lower of the immunity ability and treated with wide antibiotics were main reasons of Hospital Acquired low respiratory tract infection in aged people.
