纤溶酶注射液治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病的临床观察

目的探讨加用纤溶酶注射液的综合措施治疗皮质下动脉硬化性脑病智能障碍的疗效。方法2003年1月～2008年12月我们在宣汉县人民医院和成都市老年病医院工作期间,共收治皮质下动脉硬化性脑病患者39例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,在"基础治疗"的同时,对照组加舒血宁注射液15ml,静滴,每日1次;治疗组加纤溶酶注射液200U,静滴,每日1次,均用7d。结果治疗组治疗前与治疗后1周的全血比黏度、血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原下降差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组MMSE评分在治疗后1、3个月与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组治疗后1个月与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3个月后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但治疗组仍优于同期对照组。结论加用纤溶酶注射液的综合治疗措施有利于皮质下动脉硬化脑病患者智能障碍的近期改善。

Objective The therapeutic effect investigation at the combination measures that add Fibrinolysin treat Binswanger Disease.Methods From the January,2003 to the December,2008,when we were working in the Xuanhan people,s Hospital and Chengdu Geriatric Hospital,The 39 patients diagnosed Binswanger Disease were admitted, Randomized went in treatment group or control group.All in the general treatment,meanwhile,the control group add Shuxuening（the chinese herb） 15ml,intervenous drop infusion（iv gtt）,once a day.The treatment group add Fibrinolysin, iv gtt,once a day.Both using for 7 days. Results The treatment group,s blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrin decreased with significant deviation compared prior treatment and post-treatment for a week（P〈0.01）.The treatment group,s MMSE score all showing significant deviation after treatment for 1 month,3 months compared with prior treatment（P〈0.01）.The control group a month therapy compared with pretherapy there have no significant deviation（P〉O.05）,but the significant deviation showing after 3 months treatment（P〈0.01）.But the treatment group still surpass the concurrent control group.Conclusion Combined therapeutic measure added Fibrinolysin were benefit for Binswanger Disease patients, disturbance of intelligence improving in the near future.
