摘要
泸定县地质灾害频繁发生,严重威胁人民生命财产安全。遥感技术具有时效性好、宏观性强、信息丰富等特点,可以真实地反映地质灾害发生时的具体情况,已经成为地质灾害调查的一种重要技术方法手段。运用SPOT5图像和ETM融合SPOT5-PAN图像,通过一定的图像处理手段,获得地质灾害遥感解译底图,采用机助目视解译方法结合地面调查,可以快速、全面地查明泸定县地质灾害分布、规模和危害,提高地质灾害调查的效率和精度,取得较好的应用效果。
Luding County has frequent geological hazards, seriously threatens people's lives and property. Remote sensing technique has the features of good effectiveness, strong macroscope, rich information and so on, can reflects the geological hazards in details, already becomes a important computing technique method for geological hazards investigation. Using SPOT5 image and ETM fusing SPOTS-PAN image, through certain imagery processing method, we can obtain remote sensing negative plates. Adopting visual interpretation assisting by machine method, uniting the ground investigation, we can verify the distribution, scale and degree of Luding County geology hazards fast and comprehensively, improve the efficiency and precision of investigation, make a good applied effect.
