摘要
以环戊酮、正戊醛为原料,经羟醛缩合、氢化和氧化等三步反应合成了δ-癸内酯,在羟醛缩合中,采用了相转移催化技术;在催化加氢反应中,选用了几种离子交换树脂载钯催化剂来代替通常使用的5%Pd-C催化剂,最后以65.5%的总产率合成了δ-癸内酯。
The synthesis of δdecalactone from cyclopentanone and valeraldehyde was studied.There are three reaction steps:condensation,hydrogenation and BaeyerVilliger oxidation.In aldol condensation,the phase transfer catalysis(PTC) technology was used and ion exchange resin supported Pd catalysts were prepared and substituted for usually used PdC catalyst in hydrogenation.Total yield was about 65.6%.
