摘要
对国内外茶叶脱咖啡碱方法的研究成果和研究现状进行了综述.评价分析了热水浸提法、有机溶剂萃取法、膜分离法、沉淀法、超临界CO2萃取法、柱层析法等方法的优缺点,认为以柱层析法为主,配套采用一定的前处理和后续工序,或许是可行性强的工业化脱碱工艺.
This paper summarizes the recent domestic and foreign achievements and researches on various methods for the removal of tea caffeine.It also analyzes and appraises the merits and defects of the method of hot water extraction,organic solvent extraction, membrane seperation, precitation, supercritical CO2 extraction,column chromatography,etc.It is considered a feasible way that column chromatography is taken as the main method and some necessary preparations and followup processes are carried out in practice. This will become a industrial technology of decaffeine in the future.
