摘要 研究了GJW50WC硬质合金经硼硫复合渗后的组织和耐磨性。与常规热处理和单一渗硼相比,经硼硫复合渗后有更高的耐磨性与抗咬合性能。GJW50WC螺栓冷镦模具经复合渗后,使用寿命比Cr12MoV钢模具提高8倍以上。 This paper deals with the structure and wear resistance of Boron- sulphurizing compound treating process of steel based carbide GJW50WC.The results showed that,in comparison with conventional treating or single boro- nizing,the wear resistance and anti-seizure properties of the alloy treated by the compound treating process can beimproved obviously,and the service life of screw cold heading die can beprolonged over 8 times than that of Cr12 MoV steel die.
