摘要
用水性聚氨酯处理无纺布，制PU合成革基布。开发了一种与通常仁法PU革基布生产工艺相似的新方法。对有关影响因素进行了讨论。还介绍了水性聚氨酯的生产方法。
A type of base-cloth for PU synthetic leather was prepared by treatingnon-woven fabric with water-based polyurethane. A new paress technique similar to thatof conventional coagulated PU leather cloth was developed. Some influence factors relatedto the quality of the base-cloth are discussed. The production method of water-baedpolyurethane is also introduced in this paper.
