Volatile Components of Propolis from Mountain Tai Bees

摘要 采用固相微萃取(SPME)和乙醚浸提2种方法对泰山蜂胶挥发性成分进行提取,用CG-MS进行分析鉴定。2种提取方法经鉴定确认出74种成分,其中SPME法提取的主要成分为苯甲醇(24.327%)、苯甲酸(12.729%);乙醚浸提法提取的主要成分为苯甲醇(13.639%)、苯乙醇(9.236%)。结果表明,泰山蜂胶挥发性成分与其他产地蜂胶有明显不同。 The volatile components of propolis from Mountain Tai bees were extracted by SPME and ether, separated and identified by GC/MS. Seventy four compounds were identified. Phenylethyl alcohol (24. 327%), Benzenecarboxylic acid(12. 729%) were main compositions of extracted by SPME and phenylethyl alcohol(13. 639%), phenylethyl alcohol (9. 236%) were main compositions extracted by ether. In this study, we identified volatile components of propolis from Mountain Tai Bees was quite different from those collected from other areas.
