摘要
社会责任国际标准体系(SA8000)的主要内容包括童工、强迫性劳动、健康与安全、结社自由和集体谈判权、歧视、惩戒性措施、工作时间、工资报酬、管理系统等。目前大多数中国企业并没有真正了解这个全球范围的新的道德标准,文章分析了通过认证的企业数量很少的主要原因,并从人力资源管理角度分析按照SA8000的标准去运营企业将获得的益处。
The paper introduces major content of social responsibility international standard system (SA8000), including child labor, compelled work, health and safety, freedom of association and collective negotiation right, discrimination, reprimand measures, working hours, wage and management system. Currently, the majority of Chinese enterprises' understanding of this new global moral standard is not adequate. The paper analyses the reason why very few Chinese enterprises have got this certificate, and tries to show entrepreneurs the benefits they will get if they follow SA8000 standards in operation from the perspective of human resource management
