摘要
研究麦草磺化化机浆的制浆规律并且从制浆得率和纸浆强度、白度出发,提出了麦草化机浆合适的化学预处理工艺条件。麦草磺化化机浆采用如下的预处理条件可以获得较高的制浆得率和较好的浆张物理性能:NaOH1%,Na2SO38%,最高温度140℃,保温时间30min,液比1:6。此时浆得率84%,裂断长3.34km,撕裂指数2.21mNm2·g-1,刚破指数2.87kPam2·g-1,白度22.8%(ISO)。
The pulping chaIacterishcs of wheat stiaw sulfonated chemi - meehanical pulp werestudied. On the basis of it, a suitable pulping condition of wheat straw chend - mechanical pulpwere suggested. A higher pulping yield and a good pup strength were gnined using the followingprebeatrnent conditions: NaOH charge 1 %, Nf2SO3 charge 8%, the highest temperathe 14Dt,the time for cooking at 14030min, liqu00 ratio1: 6.
