摘要 多巴胺神经元和5-羟色胺神经元是两种脑内控制多种生理功能的神经元,它们的发育(产生、分化和成熟等)受到胞外信号分子和胞内转录因子的调节。这方面的研究不断取得重要突破,本文将对最近的进展进行讨论。 Dopaminergic and serotonergic neurons are implicated in many physiological functions, and their development (specifica- tion, differentiation and maturation) is controlled by extracellular signals and intrinsic transcriptional programs. Substantial progress has been made in the development of the two types of neurons, and recent progress in this filed is focused.
