基于农业公共投资视角的中国农业技术效率分析被引量：41

摘要本文运用随机前沿生产函数模型和1994～2007年中国省级面板数据,通过引入农田水利灌溉面积和农村电力消费作为农业公共投资的代理变量,验证了农业公共投资对于农业技术效率和农业增长具有促进作用。研究还表明,中国各个地区农业技术效率和农业增长的差异能够显著地被农业公共投资数量的差异来解释。因此,中国政府应当加大对中部农业省份的农业公共投资,提升农业技术效率,增加农业产出,保证农业可持续发展。
