摘要
为提高百合试管小鳞茎的繁殖系数,设计了MS培养基中大量元素的不同用量、NAA和蔗糖不同浓度共15种培养基配方,培养百合无根试管苗。从试验结果看:1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖50g/L配制的培养基,对小鳞茎数量增加和直径的生长效果最好。
The authors have designed different dosage--use of big quantity elements among of medium prescription of NAA and different sugarcane concentration and breed seedling medium, 15 kinds of root--free for Lilium brownie in order to enhance propagation coefficient of the test--tube small bulb. The result shows that the medium is made from 1/2 MS＋NAA0.2 mg/L＋sugarcane 50 g/L indicates the best effect for the quantity increment and diameter of the small bulb.
