制革脱毛废水的处理与回用 被引量:3

摘要 采用各种不同孔径筛网预处理,以膜组件过滤分离脱毛废水中的有机物,分析废水中的Na2S和CaO含量及COD值的变化,以便调整废水成分及含量,使其回用于脱毛过程。结果表明:通过逐级减小过滤装置的过滤孔径可大部分离去除废液中的有机物,所得废液的COD值较稳定,脱毛废液易于调节和循环使用,脱毛质量稳定。 The organic materials was filtered and separated with membrane equipment by the pretreatment of different diameter pore screen stenciL And the content of Na2S,CaO and the fluctuation of COD has been measured for adjusting the composition and content of wastewater. At last the wastewater was used in tmharing process. The results indicated that most part of organics could he removed by reducing the size of the filters of equipment gradually. The COD content of wastewater after treatment was stable,, which could be regulated and recycled easily, and the quality of depilation is stable.
