摘要
用极性有机溶剂萃取分离柴油催化氧化脱硫反应中的砜类氧化产物,筛选出萃取效果最好的萃取剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF),并采用功率超声萃取和恒温振荡萃取增强萃取脱硫效果。考察了萃取剂用量即剂/油体积比及2种操作状况下各主要工艺参数对萃取脱硫效果的影响,从而确定最佳操作条件。结果表明,当柴油/萃取剂(DMF)体积比为1时,在功率超声萃取条件下(功率500W,频率59kHz,时间20min),柴油中硫质量分数可从1703μg/g降至74.8μg/g;在恒温振荡萃取条件下(转速180r/min,温度40℃,时间40min),柴油硫质量分数可从1703μg/g降至116.0μg/g。
The polar organic solvents were used to extract sulfon oxidates in the catalytic oxidative desulfurization of diesel. Among these solvents, N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) was of the best extraction effect. Furthermore, the power ultrasound and constant temperature oscillation were introduced to the extraction process in order to enhance the extraction effects. The effects of extraction solvent dosage, i.e. the volume ratio of solvent to oil, and the main technical parameters of both operating conditions on the extraction desulfurization ratio were investigated. Thus the optimal operating conditions were given. The results showed when volume ratio of diesel to extract (DMF) was 1, the total sulfur mass fraction of diesel could be reduced from 1703 μg/g to 74.8 μg/g in the extraction under power ultrasound condition(500 W, 59 kHz, 20 min) ; the total sulfur mass fraction of diesel could be reduced from 1703 μg/g to 116.0μg/g in the extraction under constant temperature oscillation condition(180 r/min, 40℃, 40 min).
