摘要
为了提高企业的生产效率,实现金丝球压焊机的全自动运行,提出了压焊机设计原理,从理论上分析了系统的工作过程。重点分析了模板匹配算法,并指出了系统设计过程中必须重点处理好的三个环节,即比例设置、路径设置和焊点矫正。接着利用UML统一建模语言画出软件类图模型,分析了软件设计中三层结构之间的相互关系,然后画出了自动运行程序的流程图并指出了压焊机的系统优化设计,最后通过实验证明了方案的可行性。
In order to realize the gold wire pressure welding machine automatically work and improve production efficiency, it firstly raises the principle of pressure welding machine's design, and analyzes the system in theory. Then it focuses on the analysis of the template matching method, and points out that the software design process must focus on three important aspects, namely, the setting of proportion, the setting of path and spot correcting. Finally, it draws the software class model with UML(Unified Modeling Language) language and analyzes of the relationship among the three-tier structure in software design. Then it draws the process flow chart of the automatic operation and points out the optimized design of the pressure welding machine. It proves the feasibility of the software with experiments at last.
