中美关系面临新的发展机遇

China-U.S.Relations Facing with New Opportunities for Development

随着美国主流思想对中国的认知趋于客观和中国对美国战略判断的变化，中美关系发生了由“安全主导型”向“复合相互依赖型”的战略转变。这是中美关系近些年持续好转的结果，也是未来继续前进的基础。当前，国际金融危机不断深化，美国新自由主义正在逐渐主导奥巴马政府的外交观念，使得中美关系面临进一步发展的重大机遇期。由于中美之间尚缺乏令双方满意和国际社会认同的合作平台或机制，两国间也不排除出现风险的可能。

As the cognition of China by the U.S.mainstream thinking tends to be more objective and the change in China's strategic judgment of the U.S., a strategic transformation in China-U.S.relations takes place, namely, the previous'security-dominated type of relationship'.This is the result of the continuously improving relationship shared by both sides in recent years, which also forms a basis for further advance in the future.Righ now the international financial crisis continues to worsen and neo-liberalism in the U.S.is gradually playing a leading role in dominating the diplomatic ideas of the Obama administration, thus providing China-U.S.relationship with an important opportunity period for further development.Owing to the absence of a cooperation platform or mechanism that can satisfy the two sides and can be accepted by the international community, the possibilities of hazardous scenarios happening between countries can not be ruled out, too.
