摘要
电动机的温升取决于电机的发热与散热情况,为了准确估算出电动机运行时的温升,通过相关的理论分析并结合实例,阐述了电机热损耗与定子电流、散热条件以及与电机负载运行情况的关系。正确认识与估算出电动机的温升,对于电机设计、改造、检修与合理使用都有着十分重要的意义。
Motor temperature rise depends on motor heating and heat dissipation. In order to correctly estimate temperature rise of motor running, the relationship between motor thermal loss and stator current, heat dissipation conditions and motor load operations was described via related theoretical analysis and combining with actual examples. For motor design, rebuilding, maintenance and reasonable use, it is very important to know and estimate correctly motor temperature rise.
